Took 3 hours to install 5 times took a long time to install, needed an update for the Mac that could not be updated because it would not install to add the update! BEWARE, YOU CANNOT USE IT IN MAC Microsoft WORD DOCS!
Which was the whole point in using it for me. The Mac version has several restrictions. You have to copy and paste from scratch pad into a word doc. So baring all those issues, and work around, the product is 90 accurate, (if you can figure out the commands) which is way better than Mac 'Dictation' (only 70% accurate at best) build in software.
